The Hearing and Speech Foundation will host an Open House Thursday, July 20 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday, July 30 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet the staff of HSF and learn more about our programs and upcoming activities, such as the Away-Game Tailgate Fundraiser and Wrapped in Style. Refreshments will be served, so take a break from the office and join us!

Former UT football player Larry Seivers will join us in the East Club Skybox of Neyland Stadium Saturday, Oct. 2 to watch the UT Vols play the LSU Tigers. I’m pleased to announce that our June Letter-Writing Campaign has helped us raise over $3,000, which will go towards assisting individuals in East Tennessee obtain the Gift of Sound. This year, we’ve been able to approve 35 new patients, providing them with hearing aids and services to improve their quality of life. However, we still have nearly 100 people on our waitlist for services. If you would like to help provide the Gift of Sound, please consider a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation.
