Foundation Leadership

The board of directors is the main leadership of the Foundation. Each board member serves a three-year term and has the option to roll off after three years or stay on for an additional three years. The board of directors meets six times each year.

In order to ensure strong leadership outside of the bimonthly board meetings, the board developed an executive committee that meets every month. The Foundation also has an advisory board, which provides support and informed guidance. Advisory board members are encouraged to attend the board meetings and are utilized on a case-by-case basis.
